Brexit - GB-NI carriage forwards 2021

Subject to no other announcements from the government to the

contrary, effective from the 1st of January 2021, we will require more information from you in order to collect/return product from GB to NI on your behalf. This information is required in order to complete the necessary customs declarations, which will then enable the product to pass through the relevant ports. The information required will be as follows:

Description of goods Value of goods Country of origin Delivery contact name Delivery telephone number Exporter EORI number (i.e. of where the goods are being collected/returned from in GB) Consignee EORI number (i.e. of where the goods are being delivered back to in NI) Commodity code(s) Incoterm (i.e. DDP – Delivered duty paid) Reason for import (i.e. Gift, permanent/sold or Temporary) A copy of the relevant commercial invoice(s)

We would ask that you continue to book GB-NI collections/returns as you do currently via our online system. Once completed we will require you to send an email to traffic@expressfreight.co.uk with ALL of the above information.
